Mohamad Soleh, S.Psi, MM, CNLP, CRGP adalah Alumnus Psikologi UII dan Magister Manajemen IPB. Berpengalaman di dunia People Development, Marketing & Selling Skill,  HR & Strategic Management, Knowledge Management dan Recruitmen di berbagai perusahaan nasional, PMA, Multinasional semenjak tahun1998.
Sebagai seorang trainer & people development specialist yang certified NLP International, beliau berpengalaman dalam mengembangkan Softskill & Technical Skill program diberbagai perusahaan berbasis Teknologi Pembelajaran Terkini seperti, NLP, Hipnoterapi, Accelerated Learning, Mind Map dan Smart Empowerment Technique (SET), banyak teknik-teknik Ajaib yang beliau ajarkan. Disamping itu, beliau juga terjun didunia Consulting semenjak 2005. Puluhan program outbound & training telah beliau fasilitasi, dari 20 peserta hingga 1000 orang peserta dari berbagai kalangan (dari operator, para direktur BUMN [PLN, Antam, Bukit Asam, Timah], pejabat eselon 1 hingga Menteri ESDM).
Beliau pernah berkecimpung sebagai konsultan internasional United Nation Development Programme (UNDP), menjadi Shareholder AIDA Consultant dengan aktivitas sebagai konsultan serta Marketing & Business Development Director. Saat ini beliau juga aktif sebagai Direktur Utama Azka Empowerment Center dan Project Manager di PT. Cahaya Abadi Pertiwi (www.recruitment-online.id). Serta Sebagai Ketua II di Badan Konsultasi Pelatihan & Pemberdayaan Umat (BKP2U) Dewan Masjid Indonesia yang dipimpin oleh Wakil Presiden kita, bapak H. Jusuf Kalla, dan pernah menjadi narasumber di salah satu TV Swasta dalam acara Inspirator (live) selama 13 episode. Serta banyak aktivitas training skala nasional dan besar (+ 1000 orang peserta) yang telah dimuat oleh Koran nasional seperti Republika.
